This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Steve Baier
if you would like to use his artwork please visit Up Your Art
Waterfall Image of choice
or you can use the same one I used from Free Digital Photos
Scrap supplies I used are from my Tropicana kit

Font of Choice
SUPPLIES


Lets Get Started
New Image 600 X 600, flood fill white.
Copy & Paste your matt of choice as a new layer.
If you are using my kit Copy & Paste Frame 2 as a new layer.
Resize 85%, then again 90 %.

Right click on your layers palette and duplicate. Resize this layer 95%.
Click back down on the original frame layer,
go to adjust Blur, Gaussian Blur, 5

Click on the top frame layer to make it active.
Copy & Paste your frame as a new layer.
Resize and position as needed.

Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.
Go to selections, modify, expand 5.

Layers, New Raster Layer.
Flood fill this layer with a light color from your tag.

Now, on your layer palette, change the blend mode from normal to soft light.

Selections Invert.

Copy & Paste your waterfalls, as a new layer.
Position so you can see a good view of your waterfalls.
Hit Delete.

Selections, Select None.

On your layer palette, drag this layer bellow your softlight layer.

Copy & Paste your tube you want inside your frame as a new layer,
switch the blend mode to soft light.
Resize as needed.

Using a Nice script font, type out your word art, Mine is Paradise lol
Again, we want this switched from normal to soft light.

Now click on your top frame layer to make it active,
Effects, 3-D Effects, Drop Shadow.
V & H 3, Opacity 39, Blur 6, Black.

Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer.
Position and add same drop shadow.

Copy & Paste your accents, adding same drop shadow.

Add your name, watermark, copyright info and YAY your done!
